Notes and Bibliography
Students, your job this week is to decide which texts will form the basis of your research paper. Use your textbook to find quotes that fit the topics you will write about in your paper. Choose quotes carefully. Make sure you choose passages that are relevant to your topic. Remember to quote exactly (remember that misquoting is a form of plagiarism) and make sure you include parenthetical citations that indicate the source page numbers. Your complete outline should include your thesis, topic sentences for all of your body paragraphs and two-three quotes from each of your sources.
>For full credit, your completed outline should have the following:
Outlines that do not include all of these items will not receive full credit.
>For full credit, you must cite all of your sources in a Works Cited page. This may be attached to your outline.
This must include separate citations for all three of your sources and must be in MLA format. You may use EasyBib to create these citations.
